Apopolis.com started as a freeform blog, founded by Quentin Lee and Sue Limsukonth, in 2015 as a global site for English speaking Asians to connect with each other through culture, news, entertainment and personal experiences.
In 2017, Apopolis Inc. was incorporated to transform Apopolis.com into a media company, headed by Koji Sakai and Quentin Lee, and became CHOPSO today.
CHOPSO.com and CHOPSO.tv is the streaming video site.
Apopolis.com was re-branded to CHOPSO.org as the companion news site to CHOPSO.com and CHOPSO.tv.
