Osoji: Are Japanese Cleaner or Not?

Japanese prepare for the New Year by doing “osoji,” literally meaning “free and clean.” The video purports that in some parts of Japan students spend about 20 minutes of the day cleaning up their classroom. Whether it’s done every beginning of the year or every day, it’s a damn great habbit for kids to learn to clean. Do you think the Japanese are cleaner than other Asians in your opinion?
